“The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. “Everything about this property was perfect. The on-site restaurant bar was excellent. Food, drinks, staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. Would return in future.”

“Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.”

“The Expedia description said breakfast is included, but, there is no breakfast. The manager simply said Super 8 motels haven't done breakfast in a long time. I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there. The real reason I am ranking this 3 stars is one,there was a used wet towel in my room (hanging on the hook behind the bathroom...
