“Everything was wonderful, they allowed us to check in early due to our early arrival because of the weather. We had one issue with a broken refrigerator but it was immediately resolved when we reported it to the front desk. They also allowed us to check out an hour late. The breakfast was great as well and we were very happy that we chose this hotel because it was walkable to the mall which was our purpose for visiting. Thank you very much for everything!”

“Our television didn’t work properly when I called the front desk to see what they could do. Was basically told there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was mediocre and served entirely too early 6-9:30 a.m., so didn’t even bother to get anything.”

“The room we stayed in wasn’t all that clean, but the hotel was booked for a concert so unfortunately we got a last minute room! It was moreso the shower had grime in the corners and the hand soap was one pump away from empty also no bags for the trash cans. We did ask the front desk and they were helpful!”
