“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Kind staff, clean room, quality breakfast variety, and coffee always being available to customers. I don’t drink coffee but my mom enjoyed having coffee readily available at all times :)”

“Staff was polite and efficient. The menu selections were good. Overall the food was average. Need to up grade your chef’s talent. You have a diamond in the rough with this location. I am very surprised that the Marriott Hotels did not take the Hotel Syracuse to a higher level! The rooms were nice. The lobby and hotel decor is very depressing. Wrong shade of beige. Sorry for my negative comments but I have experienced this hotel at its prime and with all its renovations it still doesn’t even...

“Front desk rep was wonderful. The hotel is modern and clean. Only saw a string of hair on the floor but nothing that needed to be brought to the staff attention. There is air freshener type smell in the air but it’s not overbearing. Usually I can’t tolerate those but it didn’t bother me. I love that the room had a window to allow for fresh air in. ”
