“All fresh breakfast”

“The rooms were clean and fresh. You can tell the place is new. Breakfast was good. Food looked appetizing and tasted great! I was disappointed that they said there were biscuits but I either missed them because I was late or they didn't have them that morning. The staff was super friendly and inviting. We walked in to a smiling front desk staff which felt welcoming. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton!”

“Every single person that worked there was friendly and genuine. We were there for 2 days and enjoyed everything about our stay. Matt and Ian wanted to talk to me everytime I saw them. They just wanted to know how our day was going not just how we liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Different waffles and omelets each day made my kids happy. Plenty of choices and the dining area just looked modern and very comfortable to relax in. The pool area was clean and they didn’t run out...

“The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. ”

“Where do I start. I will start with check in, which was very confusing and not intuitive. I had to go upstairs and walk around a little and ask. I ended up checking in with Hank, WHO WAS AWESOME!!!! He said I was in room 12 and that it is their haunted room. Excuse me, what?! I was freaked! I had no idea this Inn was haunted! I went to the room and the smell was absolutely awful. It was a musky scent and I sneezed and sneezed and sneezed. I didn’t sleep a wink due not only being scared to death...

“Room not properly cleaned. Lobby/sitting area had garbage all over the floor. Drug activity in the2nd floor hallway. The desk wouldnt take my chime card for incidentals but allowed guest in front of me to tell them a card number without the physical card. Had to leave about 2 hours after checking in for an emergency and the hotel staff stated the manager would refund and i just had to contact expedia for it and expedia tried multiple times to get ahold of the staff and couldnt. Super sketchy...
