“It was so bad that we changed hotels hours after checking in. The room smelled like a dog had eliminated in it. The door had marks on it that looked like it had been forced open. The deadbolt was inoperable. The soap dispensers appeared to be glued on the wall. The microwave looked like something had caught fire in it. There was mold in the freezer. It appeared like the proprietors lived there along with several other people. There was an empty inoperable in ground pool and a tiki bar with a...

“From the outside, it looks neglected, but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in our room. Everything is updated except for the bathroom. We just kind of ignored that Room lol.”

“Our usual stop on the way to Maine. Clean and affordable.”

“I loved hot tub and pools. Bath robe and slippers were shortage.”

“Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

“Filthy. Holes in carpet and wall above shower. Hairball in bathroom along with complimentary drano on sink. Filth on floor. stained sheets.”

“This was an older hotel, that was poorly taken cate of. Our door saw outside light. It was old and not a place I would stay again. The clerk was very plesant. It was near some restaurants, but nothing really great.”

“Everything was fine except the night clerk was having a shouting match with 3 young ladies who were trying to deliver the clerk her food order. I waited some time while this went on at 12:00 midnight before it was partially resolved and I got checked in. All was fine from that point on and I would try and stay again as I hope this was just a aberration.”

“This is a traditional hunting & fishing lodge environment. Nothing fancy for sure, but it's clean and neat. Fine for a short term stay. No amenities. Half the price of the hotels closer to downtown.”
