“I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed
whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc.
However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face.
I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...
