“Excellent stay”

“I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday sleepover here with about 15 girls, and I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our large group. They kept up with all of our requests for extra towels and supplies without hesitation and even helped direct my guests to the correct room smoothly. “The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“Place was not the cleanest bathroom fixtures were broken, sharp and dangerous light didn’t work, but it was a place to sleep”

“The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. ”

“Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.”

“The only good thing about the hotel, was the room was clean. HOWEVER, they had no hair dryers. They were renovating so the elevator and halls were dusty and dirty. And no one spoke clear English. Very disappointing. ”
