“Room was clean when I arrived. Overall bathroom and shower were spacious. Kitchenette was stocked with essentials. Breakfast was as good as a hotel breakfast would be. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay again.”

“If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t the place to go. People talking loud at midnight, two and four in the morning. We did call the front desk, but they enforced nothing. Had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with them giving someone keys to our room at two in the morning. They did take care of that so we decided to try again. Barely any sleep 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I guess you get what you pay for. We won’t be staying there again!”

“The room had mold and the 6 year old woke up unable to breathe, requiring a trip to urgent care and a dose of steroids. It cost $60 and the manager refused to give a discount or reimburse for the urgent care visit.”

“Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. “This was my second stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham and both times everything was consistently excellent. I especially like the shuttle from the SYR airport. I have mobility issues and the accessible bathroom with multiple grab bars throughout are invaluable. Having complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash saves me the the time, trouble, and expense o shopping for these liquid necessities that are not allowed on the plane.The bed is super comfy, the sheets and blankets are sparkling...
