“The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. “Our stay at Super 8 was great! Reasonably priced and hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Good location to many places especially the Syracuse Discovery Mall. Person greeting us at arrival was personable and professional. Check in and out was quick. Room was a nice size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was ok for a free one. Coffee was ok bit a little weak. I would definitely come to this hotel again. ”

“Very disappointed the pool wasn't working, the breakfast isnt worth mentioning due to them having NO food and very limited parking due to construction. I will say the room was clean .I tried to make the most of it with low tunes but even that was short lived by the fun police knocking on the door at 7pm on a Saturday night🙄So no pool , breakfast parking or music!”
