So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...

“The hotel was a good choice for a short stay and offered good value for the price we paid. The biggest drawback was the air conditioner, which was extremely noisy throughout the night and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, I called the front desk at around 9:00 PM to report the issue, but no one answered the phone, and I never received a callback to check on the problem or offer any assistance. “Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.”

“This hotel has an active cockroach problem. Nicotine rums on walls as well as heavy odor. Smoke and stench. Also had unclean bedding. LARGE stains on sheets.”
