“If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t the place to go. People talking loud at midnight, two and four in the morning. We did call the front desk, but they enforced nothing. Had a bad experience 2 weeks ago with them giving someone keys to our room at two in the morning. They did take care of that so we decided to try again. Barely any sleep 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I guess you get what you pay for. We won’t be staying there again!”

“Room was clean when I arrived. Overall bathroom and shower were spacious. Kitchenette was stocked with essentials. Breakfast was as good as a hotel breakfast would be. If I am back in the area, I would definitely stay again.”

“The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it.”

“This was my second stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham and both times everything was consistently excellent. I especially like the shuttle from the SYR airport. I have mobility issues and the accessible bathroom with multiple grab bars throughout are invaluable. Having complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash saves me the the time, trouble, and expense o shopping for these liquid necessities that are not allowed on the plane.The bed is super comfy, the sheets and blankets are sparkling...

“Hotel itself is fine - typical Hampton Inn. In fact I’d just said to my wife “I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hampton.” Spoke too soon. I prepaid for a night through Expedia for a young colleague of mine who does. Or have a credit card. He was supposed to arrive at 5pm. His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation.
