“Our check was easy with the front desk staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. As we like to stay in Syracuse the night before flying out for an early morning flight, we will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Easiest check in ever. Staff were exceptional . Room was clean and had microwave,fridge and coffee maker. We did not eat at the continental breakfast so we didn’t rate it. ”

“I have stayed here many times and like the clean comfortable rooms and it's directly off a main road and a short drive to the airport. The only negative is some noise from the nearby highway but it isn't not bad.”

“Myroom that was booked was not cleaned when I arrived at 5pm. The staff did find me another room. That room was clean, but had an oder due to whatever they use to clean. The room provided a desk but no chair. The internet was not working in my room, but they have a very comfortable lobby area that I was able to get my work done in. The staff tried to help me and where very polite. ”

“Called ahead for shuttle service and it was right on time. 24 hour shuttle available to and from airport. Hotel is always neat and clean with great service. ”

“The TV service in the room is a little outdated compared to other places I've stayed, (no channel guide, no streaming apps), but everything else during the stay was perfect. They did tell me that they are going to be doing a TV service upgrade though.”
