“I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!”

“first room the TV did not work , staff upgraded me to a suite. 1. faucets were horribly corroded in the suite. I have pictures . 2 mold at the bottom left on the mirror 3 the hide a bed was in very bad shape looking at it i could see a large gap and the inner workings of the couch where one's knees would be if sitting. 4 about a 1.5 inch hole in the carpet in front of the bathroom door. 5 Hair was in the shower/tub making it unusable .
