His flight from Philadelphia was cancelled and he had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to Syracuse. That night before I went to sleep I went to the front desk and explained the situation. “This was my second stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham and both times everything was consistently excellent. I especially like the shuttle from the SYR airport. I have mobility issues and the accessible bathroom with multiple grab bars throughout are invaluable. Having complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash saves me the the time, trouble, and expense o shopping for these liquid necessities that are not allowed on the plane.The bed is super comfy, the sheets and blankets are sparkling...

“The stay was horrible mold in the bathroom and along the window sill.There were stains on the shades and on the walls in the room there were crickets crawling on the shade and some where even dead on the floor .The toliet was stopped and the walk in shower was leaking water all on the floor .The covers were clean and the wash rags all looked dingy and not as clean .Never again will I ever rent a room from them again .Think twice before you book a room the hotel staff was accommodating and...

“Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe.”
