“Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.”

“It was a bigger property than expected. Really very clean, lots of towels and didn’t expect the complimentary coffee station. So overall it was perfect for what we needed.”

“The owners of the property were very attentive and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly and plainly labeled in and out of the house so it was easy to find and put back. Our two dogs joined us as well. The fenced back yard was ideal and made them feel right at home without being cooped up. There was not one thing they didn't think of down to having toys and treats for my dogs. Highly recommend. We would stay again.”

“Good size house. Communication was good. We were there for Syracuse graduation, it was only a 25 minute ride and the scenery was nice. , Many directions when you get there ( a folder) Shoes off in the house, empty trash, run dishwasher and start laundry upon leaving. There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds fair size, the twin bed room was a sunroom ( all season room) so all windows. Shades missing and most didn't close - pretty room but not for sleeping. Door knob was not on so kept falling off...
