“Nice room, but housekeeping knocked and immediately entered my room at least 3 hours prior to checkout, which was a bit invasive. The only shower I had there was freezing cold, as they said they were having some plumbing issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...
