“Belle grande chambre. L'eau du lavabo dans la salle de bain s'évacuait très lentement après quelques minutes. Le dejeuner n'était pas chaud et il n'avait pas de couteau. ”

“The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. ”

“Place was not the cleanest bathroom fixtures were broken, sharp and dangerous light didn’t work, but it was a place to sleep”

“The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“Dirty rundown pest problems un kept supplies such as sheets and blankets with holes and tears as well as stained. Staff not real friendly and short with words. Don't seem professional. Sticky floors and furniture and and just not a comfortable nor inviting place. Pests were the worst part I came with two people I don't want to leave with extras. I paid online to arrive to couches and furniture piled outside which was the first red flag. Will not be returning ”

“No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites ”

“Everything was excellent The staff were so helpful, the breakfast was really good and there were many options I was with a baby and they offered a crib and blankets The complementary coffe is pretty good and its 24 hour The room were spotless, parking is good and organized.”
