“posizione lontana dal centro, camere vecchie e sporche. Colazione scadente. Unica nota davvero positiva la bisteccheria presente nell'hotel Danielle steak house davvero notevole, servizio eccellente e cortese e cibo ottimo. Prezzi medi ma è normale in quelle zone”

“Stayed here a lot, housekeepers alway "spot on"- outstanding. Staff great. Bed & pillows very comfy. Furnishings & decor nice. Love having fridge, microwave, & coffee pot in rooms. Enjoyed healthy breakfast options (yogurt, fruit, oatmeal). Airport shuttle very appreciated. Location close to freeway onramp but far enough to not hear traffic. Close dining options nice. Keep up great work- thanks!”

“The whole experience was awesome! The hotel staff were great, the room was sparkling clean and new (loved the modern bathroom). The pool and hot tub likewise were clean and well maintained, the self serve breakfast was above par. We also really liked the convenience of everything inside the hotel and outside parking and nearby restaurants.”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Clean room and facility. Breakfast was better than I expected with exceptional staff. Very helpful. Key card didn't work and the guy at the front desk immediately took care of it. Plenty of parking and a walk to the mall. Would definitely stay again. Reception at night was good. Restaurant on site looked good but did not eat there. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”
