“Front desk rep was wonderful. The hotel is modern and clean. Only saw a string of hair on the floor but nothing that needed to be brought to the staff attention. There is air freshener type smell in the air but it’s not overbearing. Usually I can’t tolerate those but it didn’t bother me. I love that the room had a window to allow for fresh air in. ”

“Staff was polite and efficient. The menu selections were good. Overall the food was average. Need to up grade your chef’s talent. You have a diamond in the rough with this location. I am very surprised that the Marriott Hotels did not take the Hotel Syracuse to a higher level! The rooms were nice. The lobby and hotel decor is very depressing. Wrong shade of beige. Sorry for my negative comments but I have experienced this hotel at its prime and with all its renovations it still doesn’t even...

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. ”

“Very friendly staff. Especially likes the airport van drivers---upbeat and chatty. Mainly just needed a place to crash before and after flights, and this place fit the bill. Really liked being able to leave my car there (for a fee, of course). Restaurant wasn't great. ”
