“As with many other Comfort Inn properties, this facility was average at best. Due to limited availability in the area, I ended up paying a significant amount ($1,200 for a 3-night stay) which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The first room assigned to me had mold on the windows, which I unfortunately discovered on the second day. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk changed the room promptly once I reported it. On the first day itself, I had also requested a replacement...

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location.”

“The hotel was clean and staff for the one's who were actually there were nice. I left my pillow in the room but no staff would pick up the phone no matter how many times I called. Goodbye pillow. The room was really hot but comfortable. Breakfast was good.”
