“I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out.”

Our handicap accessible room had about 12 inches of space between the bottom of the bed and the wall. Barely enough room to squeeze through to get to the bathroom. “Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

“Hotel was being renovated but staff was great and breakfast and breakfast staff was very good. We noticed it very easy to hear the guest above us stoping around.....luckily they didn't stomp too late.”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”
