“Room was clean, staff were very nice, they had a great restaurant and bar. The food was amazing for bar food. You must get the huge stuffed tater tots and chicken tenders. The pool was a bit cool but the hot tub was amazing. We did not pay for the breakfast so I can't say anything about it. The walk in shower was slippery. We got a room with a one plate stove , nice size fridge and microwave and sink. I really appreciated this as I brought my 3 grandkids. Don't hesitate to book you will not be...

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Had a great stay this past weekend. The front staff was amazing with their customer service and answer any questions we had. The room was clean. The valet parking attendants were always courteous and customer service was excellent. They offered ideas of where to go eat or shop. Highly recommend the Marriott Downtown Syracuse. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”
