“My family and I stayed one night on our way to Boston. Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location.”

“The room was not clean, the night light next to the bed was covered with dust. The night stand was sticky. There was a questionable stain underneath the bathroom stink. The carpets were stained and dirty looking. The pool was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

“Upon arrival to the property I was alarmed to find out that it was nothing as what was advertised. I checked in and only stayed for about 45 minutes before needing to vacate due to safety reasons. People using hard drugs in the parking lot, water damage and peeling paint in the room, tv didn’t work and there was no remote. A very unpleasant environment and experience and my fiance and I had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to be refunded by the property and Expedia for our 7 day...

“Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again”
