Hotel vicino a Zoo di Rosamond Gifford - Syracuse

“Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. I guess for young ones the music in car noise is acceptable. It’s why they are staying at the Armory area. Room- excellent and...

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Bathroom was not very clean. Air conditioner did not work consistently and was loud. Front desk staff were not friendly and helpful.”

“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. “They offered Free laundry machines to their guests. Mary, the weekend breakfast server/worker was so sweet!!!!! Missed her during the week. The room cleaners/service personnel were nice as well when we needed extra items from their carts. The front desk, Dan for 1, personnel were nice as well and helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Syracuse again!”

“This is a great hotel! Love the free Starbucks Coffee in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel has a great pool / hot tub and restaurant.”

“My friends and I were visiting the town for a graduation weekend. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was well maintained and breakfast was good. The check in and out process were smooth. My only issue (and unfortunately this is common in many hotels) was that you could hear basically everything that happens outside your room. Nevertheless, I would recommend for short stays.”
