Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!”

“The location of the property and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and polite. No issues there at all. The building itself though is lacking. It's obviously older, which is fine, but it has not been updated as it should. The biggest issue was the HVAC system that can either be set on AC or Heat for the entire building--it's not individualized per room. “Room was awful, stain ceilings, holes in the walls, disgusting bathroom. Nothing like the pictures. Also there is a lot of riff Raff that apparently live in some of the hotel rooms. Trash all over the place many unregistered not running cars. ”

“They give me a room that had been used then changed me to a room that had bed bugs not happy at all poor staff and house keeping ”
