“Nice”

“Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Clean room friendly staff ”

“My son said it was the nicest hotel we ever went to thus far…absolutely loved the room..it was a suite with two queen beds and seperate family room with a sofa bed. I adored that my name was on the tv as a welcome and they gave us complementary two drinks, each during happy hour. There were snacks there and the breakfast buffet that we got was amazing! The omelettes were the best I’ve ever had! The pool was OK, there were a lot of kids on the truck though not a fan of sharing a smaller size pool...

“One of the worst stays! A/c was not working while the room temp was 86 degrees. It was terrible to sleep thru the night on such a hot room. Room windows are not operable so was stuck in that 120 sq.ft. stuffy room. Restaurant was not open the two days we stayed here so no food available either. Bathroom floor were sticky, hair in the tub surface and carpet was extremely dirtly. If you have an option, try to find a different place. ”

“It was very convenient and clean. Enjoyed the fitness center and breakfast. Only thing that bothered us was youth baseball team. I'm use to kids having fun, but couple of things could have caused trouble: they left toys on steps in stairwells, threw balls around inside that went rolling outside causing our dogs to get excited. Didn't see any parents until later when staff was talking to them. A couple of these families were on our floor. Maybe they could all be placed together. A couple people...

“Very nice staff, everyone was friendly and professional. The property was beautiful, the room was huge, and I had a really great stay. I would definitely come back!”

“Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

“I checked in around midnight and went straight to my room. Got into bed and some girl was talking on speaker phone Nextdoor for approximately 45 minutes. I could hear everything. The walls seemed to be paper thin. The light from the parking lot was hardly blocked. Was woken up repeatedly from outside noise. The shower took forever to heat up and spilled out all over the floor. The sheets felt gritty along with the towel.”

“Arrived late so can’t say my review is comprehensive nor entirely unbiased. That said, arrival was smooth at 1 am. Check-in was uneventful and the room was clean (and large) upon entry. One mishap was I thought I reserved a room with a king bed (solo traveler) but ended up in a suite with 2 queen beds. As for breakfast, it’s included in the nightly rate. Line-up of options is decent. Usage of paper plates requires you be a bit more thoughtful on how much food you carry in one go.”
