I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! “Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Nice spot close to the airport. Room is clean, bed is nicely made, bathroom is nice clean towels and body wash, shampoo etc in shower. Heat u can set for your likings. Bed is comfortable good sleep. My new spot once I am in town ”
