Hotel vicino a Clinton Square - Syracuse

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff was great, bar was great, and the complementary breakfast was sooooo good. Didn’t taste like the typical comp breakfast. And the man who was making the omelettes was singing his absolute heart out by himself and I loved it, haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in Syracuse :) ”

“Really didn't want to write a negative review, but since I asked for the manager to call me 4 times since Friday night and he's never available, here goes: The room looked clean but when I pulled back the covers of my bed, there were black hairs on the sheets. Couldn't miss them. Really gross. No matter the price point for a hotel, at a minimum you expect clean sheets. I had to run to the car to grab a blanket and wrapped myself up in it to sleep. Had the manager just called me to address...

“Room was pretty clean but felt bare. There was a long hair on my pillow, and one of the towels smelled. The mini fridge felt like a mini-mini fridge, and there was no small freezer inside. The hand soap instantly flared up my eczema on my hands, and the mattress was hard. One of the side tables was really scuffed up and should've been replaced. The walls were very thin and I could hear everything from the hallways, rooms, and even people opening and closing their blinds.”

“Staff was great, breakfast on the weekend was excellent!! The breakfast menu was limited during the week. Unfortunately the pool has been out of order for weeks and we were not told this. The housekeeping was only available every other day and they didn’t bring towels, they had to be requested. The bed was also very hard & the pillows were awful. We ended up getting an air mattress & pillows from Walmart for sleeping. ”
