“This was our second time staying here. Walking distance to Syracuse University.”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Toilet seat broken. Tv and WiFi not working even after resetting multiple times. Stains and holes in duvet. Curtains broken- didn't close all the way. Had to use hair clips to keep them closed so people didn't see us undress and maintain privacy. Walls peeling and like dripping. Light in ceiling doesn't work. Although it looks like they tried to upgrade, there are small details they miss. Staff was nice but next time the cleaners/ maintenance people need to fix things.”

“Disappointed that there was no shuttle service available during our stay Tuesday. That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. We wanted to shuttle to our favorite BBQ restaurant because finding a parking space is difficult. Also, no fridge in the room.”

“Room was a little dirty There were crumbs under the bed and a dirty Q tip left from previous guest on the floor. Beds were comfortable. Staff was really helpful especially Devon when I checked in. She recommended good please to eat and was very friendly. I appreciate coffee and tea in lobby all day”

“Very pleasant. More towel changes and needed. Also garbage take out daily. More food for the crowd flow. Other wise great place to stay for families.”

“Place is updated with nice renovations and hardwood flooring. Also had a microwave, fridge and TV. Really great value on the dollar. Close to Trader Joe’s.”

“Pool was under repairs. 2nd floor rooms were Cooled by portable AC units. Hallway on 2nd floor little to no ac TV in room did not work Tech problems prolonged check in. To their credit the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.”

“The air conditioning was not wirking in the bar, restaurant and common areas. The room air conditioning was excellent. Shuttle service to the amphitheater would be nice and probably bring in more guests”
