“Beautiful historical hotel. Front desk was pleasant. We only were stopping on our way to Canada.”

“Everything was great from the check-in with Nikkita to the convenient location to food. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“This is a newly built hotel and I loved that it was so close to the cottages on Oneida Lake. I am not a gambler, but was not bothered by the casino patrons, my room was very quiet and clean. The only downside was the lack of a coffee pot in my room. I was given a voucher for a free complimentary coffee downstairs, but I wasn't interested in the varieties of cappuccinos, lattes, etc. In summary, I had a nice 2 night stay over the July 4th weekend.”

“Highly recommend Craftsman Inn when staying in the Syracuse area. Rooms were clean and comfy and felt recently renovated. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The restaurant/bar on site was a great place to watch a game. Fayetteville is a really nice town which if close to Green Lakes state park and numerous golf courses.”

“Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.”

“Nice place for the money in the area. Having a kitchen and table go a long ways for someone spending lots of time in a hotel. Was in a bit secluded area, which has its benefits. But not really walking many places.”
