“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“Great stay! The staff is superb, from Robert, Monika, and Stephanie at front desk, to Kara and T-Mac who helped shuttle us around. My family really appreciated the friendly and very helpful service. The food at the restaurant was good and the servers were very kind as well. Only thing is the a/c cut out in the night both nights we stayed there, but fortunately, we were able to get a fan at front desk. “I have been coming to this casino since I was 18, and I’ve always had a pleasant time. So safe to say I was ecstatic to stay at the new hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Would definitely stay again!”

“Everyone was very friendly and conscientious, including Wade who I spoke with the most. Staff were super accommodating when I needed help with getting my room near my friends room and getting a cot for my son. My only suggestion would be some couches in the lobby so we can sit and talk. Not so comfortable sitting on chairs for hours. Beds and pillows were amazing!!!! Thank you for everything!!!”

“It is a well-maintained, clean, pleasant hotel. I love that it has a shuttle service to and from the airport. That was a big draw. We had a 6 AM flight and the service started at 4 AM. One thing they don’t tell you if you are a choice member until afterwards, they waive the fee for the shuttle. At least one of the ways we only used it once. We had used a different hotel coming into Syracuse and had to use an Uber, which seemed to be very expensive for the short amount of time we needed it. The...

“Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.”

“We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. “Nice place for the money in the area. Having a kitchen and table go a long ways for someone spending lots of time in a hotel. Was in a bit secluded area, which has its benefits. But not really walking many places.”
