“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again”

“Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate”

“We had a very quick one night stay. It was fine for that. The elevators could use a fresh paint job and the plumbing in the rooms was very loud when you turn on the sink. Clearly an older building. However, what was most disappointing was the inaccurate information about the amenities. I chose this hotel because of the free hotel airport shuttle. When I called before I arrived in Syracuse to confirm shuttle arrangements, I was told that that the shuttle is not offered after 4pm on Sundays...

“When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. ”

“Accessible room was not accessible. One grab bar in a tub. None near a very low toilet. Accessible rooms should be equipped with items to provide independent stay. It was just a regular old room. ”

“Our stay at Super 8 was great! Reasonably priced and hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Good location to many places especially the Syracuse Discovery Mall. Person greeting us at arrival was personable and professional. Check in and out was quick. Room was a nice size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was ok for a free one. Coffee was ok bit a little weak. I would definitely come to this hotel again. ”
