“We stayed here as we were coming in with work crew for event we called early because we never got check in information and didn’t say which apt a or b was ours, I called and asked if we could get in two hours early and they stated yes, go in and everything is dirty beds, towels, etc. she stated cleaning guy on way(who had to be 16) come never change the sheets till we said something and then didn’t change comforters, left the place with no towels and in the washer not ran ”
