Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. “The apartment is well located and the cleaning was fine, the only drawback was the internet, the wife never worked. Another problem was the glasses, there were only two available, and they didn't have water pitchers.”

“We drove to Miami to jump on a cruise. All of the hotels were over priced and the traffic was horrible in town. We were able to park in the gated area after a long haul and took a uber to Bayside marketplace and enjoyed our evening. The next morning, we got up early and headed to the port. We didn’t hit any traffic so it was a super smooth ride. If you are getting on a cruise i recommend getting there a few hours early and just hanging out at the port. The traffic in that area is no joke....

“ I had to stay in Beach Plaza because the room code keys were not working. Then I had to drag my bags down there. Also, the lights in the hall were out in front of room 413. on the bottom landing entering the hall and at the front door. A very dangerous situation since the rear gate in the alley is never locked. Tara and Juda were the only staff that made things better. they both are an asset to your company. Also, a golf cart is needed to transport your guests in the event you have to relocate...
