“There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

“Terrible terrible terrible!! It was even a rat in the place we found!! If you are a tourist DO NOT STAY HERE!! it is also located in the Hood!! Horrible place! No real amenities, tight cornering place and again you are staying directly in the hood.”

“Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived, the first room provided appeared to still be occupied or had not been properly prepared for new guests. Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation.
