Case in affitto a Miami

“The property is “unattended” and the host was not unresponsive in real time and was therefore ineffective. The check-in instructions assume that the guest is already familiar with the property (who knew that there is more than one “tiny house”? I did not) and are therefore a poor guide and resulted in guests being in wrong rooms and a VERY angry and disappointed other guest banging on my door at 7pm blaming ME for all her problems. “Pretty clean place. It was a little tricky to step thru in the backyard if you have a heavy bag so just wear normal shoes when arriving. Fridge/bathroom/bedroom clean and shower had great pressure. Tv worked well and was able to stream church in the morning no problem. Would recommend as a value stay near the Hard Rock Stadium”

I emailed the host not once but TWICE before our stay to confirm that the twin sofa bed would be made up as we are a father and adult daughter who would be arriving into town very late at night. They promised me it would be, but when we arrived at 11pm we found that it was not, and that there were no linens in sight.
