“The view from this location was fantastic and the access to the beach was excellent. So why is this a 2 star? It is because the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk is wonderful at check in. But after you sign the papers and get the keys, the excellent service ends. In my apartment, we had 3 beds and they only gave us 1 blanket for 3 beds. For the first night, we slept with a plain sheet and our coats over us as blankets. My wife went down to get extra blankets but...

“1 Star – Unacceptable Experience Our flight arrived at 8 PM Thursday. I shared my arrival details in advance and was told to give a 30-minute heads up since check-in requires the host to be present. “Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose”

Steps to a relatively quiet part of Miami Beach. Lounge chairs were included which was a big plus. This unit is basic, but it is on the beach which is why I rented it. I would possibly rent it again. ”
