“The unit was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this unit.”

“excellent location, well equipped condo, nice sun terrace. Hosts Joe and Deborah were very caring.”

“Clean room, amazing location, had a late start to the day when we checked out but the hosts were understanding. This will be my spot whenever I’m in Miami Beach!”

“Muy bueno”

“I was in Miami on August 2010. I founded the condo exactly like in the pictures. It was very nice and in a very good position, close to the beach and Ocean Drive. The condo was new and clean, exactly as described. The owner is serious and available. Francesco”

“As soon as I opened the door my daughter and I were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and an oval chemical smell. The chemical smell burned our throats, you could literally taste it. Then if that wasn’t enough, the long black hairs on the bed sheets. The bathtub looked like a contractor washed out a drum of cement in the tub. There was cement all over the inside of the tub. Called the number in my email numerous times with every time getting a word recording with no way to leave a message....

“This place is great. Fantastic location”

“Lincoln was only 5 blocks away”

“The room was really nice & the view of the pool and beach was a plus! I will definitely book again in the future”

“Amazing staff, clean room, nice place”

“Room was great but the mgmnt of the facility was terrible. Parking level makes it very difficult to move luggage to first floor. Elevators like a prison that only allow you to go to your floor. For 300 rooms there was one working elevator and 4 luggage carts. Press the emergency button in elevator and it takes 15 minutes for someone to respond.”

“Our recent stay at PH2 was highly disappointing due to a complete lack of communication and several unacceptable property issues. The coordination was incredibly poor. We informed the management well in advance that our group would arrive at different times and ensured all guests were on the registration. Despite this, the front desk refused to allow the early arrivals entry. We spent two and a half hours waiting in the lobby while management ignored our repeated calls and messages. The lack of...

“I hardly ever write reviews but I think this property needs some unbiased reviews. To start, the hotel is in a very central location not too far from south beach but far enough. The room was a little dated but very clean and contrary to other reviews we never waited for elevators. BLU Vacations who you book through are fantastic. The pics of the room are exactly what was there. The Alexander had some rules that maybe need mentioning. You cannot bring any of your own food or drink to the pool...

“The beach access and pool were great. The kidsEnjoyed the lobby area with the games. The restaurant Blu Gin was delicious, we ate there multiple times. The pool bar made great drinks! Just wished they stayed open later. There were a few little shops that had snacks and anything you would need if you forgot. There was some construction going on but it wasn’t loud. The elevators are very slow and crowded. The valet was nice, just have to plan to wait a few minutes to get your car. Overall we...
