“la struttura e' molto carina e ha dato un bel servizio ai clienti anche in termini di pulizia. Pessima la gestione del check in e del check out che ha fatto perdere un sacco di tempo ai clienti. Sia in arrivo che in partenza con il rischio di fargli perdere il volo di ritorno”

“If you want a fairly economical way to enjoy Miami Beach, then this is it. Property amenities were very nice, proximity to the beach was spot on, and overall vibe was good. The actual condo is somewhat dated and has wear, but it is priced accordingly, so don’t go in expecting perfection. Condo floors were not super clean… first hour barefoot and my feet were dirty. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans and seasonings. Glassware and plates sufficient in the condo. Correspondence...

“We had a wonderful experience here. The pictures and the room was everything that was stated. The only two things was parking is not included and it’s 30 a day which was never stated, plus there is no hot tub, just a little baby pool. Me and my two teenage girls had a wonderful experience! The pool had lots of security which made me feel very secure with teenager.s. Thanks for a great vacation!!”

“Convenient to most things we were trying to do in Miami, great parking right next to building on street. Short walk to plenty of food, beach, etc. ”

“Had a great weekend staying here in South Beach. Close to many restaurants and the beach is only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend staying here. The room itself is no frills, but I’m not coming to South Beach to lay around in my rented room. Room is clean just some items are a bit dated. The property has a terrace on the 2nd floor that was fun to sit at and people watch. Staff on site are super friendly. ”
