Residence a Key Biscayne

“Esperienza pessima.

“It was great to have a room at the Ritz Carlton without having to book through R-C. ”

“Was very disappointed with the place. First, no coffee to make in the morning. Second, bare minimum furniture and sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. Third, we had absolutely no TV service. After arriving, I sent several texts to the host about no TV service, and they did not even reply to one text. Do yourself a favor, pass this place by and stay elsewhere. So disappointed 😞”

“A great value in the beautiful Ritz Carlton. The room was clean and comfortable with a private covered balcony overlooking the entrance of the Ritz Carlton from level 4. The host was extremely accommodating and also provided access to a free covered parking space.”

“Appartamento perfetto e host sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta.”

“The air conditioner did not work. It was very hot. There were no condiments. Coffee pot and filter with no coffee. Said it was supposed to be a two bedroom but clearly was not a two bedroom. Very disappointing!! Will not rent again”

“This unit was spacious, bright, and had wonderful views of the ocean and city skyline from every window. The comfort of an apartment with luxury hotel amenities offers the best of both worlds. James was also very responsive and polite. We will definitely be returning!”

“Neighborhood is quiet and upscale with walking access to stores and restaurants. House is lovely and very well equipped. Outdoor pool and pergola with table and grill just made it perfect.”

“L’ hotel è situato in ottima posizione ”

Stanze confortevoli, buona colazione e ottima pulizia”

“Eccellente”
