“I will say that the apartment is conveniently located and does come with a parking spot. However, air conditioning went out the first night we were there which we found out when we woke up to a hot house. Attempted contact with the host several times around 9:30 that morning and ended up escalating it thru expedia and host eventually called back around 1:30 that afternoon... ac technician showed up around 4:30 and eventually fixed the A/C which of course took about 5 or 6 hours to cool down from...

“O tamanho do apartamento é bom.

“Great location 6 min walk to the south Pointe part of the beach! Host was very communicative in taking care of any concerns which were miniscule. It was advertised that beach equipment and towels were available so they delivered the items as they were not in the actual room. I stayed with 4 of my grown children and the space was comfortable and cozy. We had a late flight and the host allowed us to check out late. Would stay here again.”
