Case in affitto a Key Biscayne

“The air conditioner did not work. It was very hot. There were no condiments. Coffee pot and filter with no coffee. Said it was supposed to be a two bedroom but clearly was not a two bedroom. Very disappointing!! Will not rent again”

“Appartamento perfetto e host sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta.”

“Neighborhood is quiet and upscale with walking access to stores and restaurants. House is lovely and very well equipped. Outdoor pool and pergola with table and grill just made it perfect.”

“A lovely oasis in the bustle of LiHa and Miami. I was there alone and it was the perfect spot to get away after a long day of planning my daughter's beach wedding. Check in was simple and well explained and communication with Sergio and family was almost instantaneous. They were very responsive and helpful.”

“The place is decent for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room is very compact, suitable for a single person but a bit cramped for a couple. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, and outside light enters through the bathroom window at night and reflects through the bathroom door, making the room too bright for comfortable sleep. We also noticed a couple of bugs on the bedsheet and in the bathroom. The outdoor area has plenty of greenery, but the plants and trees are...

“Little Havana is nearby! Pleasent stay very nice would stay again.”

“The location is great because you are walking distance to bars, restaurants and stores. Layout was different from listing but still able to hold my friends and I. Host was accommodating and that is greatly appreciated.”

“Great location. Spacious and clean. Only complaint is the shower water pressure.”

“Not good”

“I had never VRBO an APT/HOTEL before, but I liked the idea of 24 hr. front desk for check in. The property looked good from the pics and we were very interested in the pool, washer/dryer and included parking. Check in was busy and went quick but they never told us that the property was without power. I found that out from another guest. Hey things happen but they couldn't tell us anything about why or timeline and should have told us at time of check-in. 2 hours later (6 PM getting dark/no...

“Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!”

“N/a”

“We stayed at your cottage last weekend, May 8- May 11.. This is a very nice set up and works very well for us since our daughter and her family live 2 blocks away.We would be happy to consider renting this property again whenever we come to visit our family. There are a few items that did not work that I would like to mention. The hot water in the bathroom has some problems. It did not stay hot long enough for a good shower, and the sink was similar for washing. Probably not a big deal to...

“It wasn't like any conventional hotel or motel, it was a landed house. You have the freedom to sit outside in the garden or go in and out without anybody asking around or making small talks. The neigborhood is awesome, right in Little Havana where you can dive into the heart of Miami and its culture, as well as the best places to eat. Overall, the best experience.”

“The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants only 10 minutes walk from the cottage. Communication from the host was excellent which made the whole process smooth. We really enjoyed our stay here.”

“The place is very close to almost everything, pet friendly and convenient parking spots, plus easy access to property. We have enjoyed staying there and recommend it highly. Thank you Victor.”

“Beautiful relaxing getaway. Close to many restaurants and shops”

“The home was very well kept and very well decorated!”

“The property was peaceful and well accommodating My family of 7 was there for a graduation the location was perfect and spacious The layout is nice not to mention all the games and activities they provide in the home the outdoor area was a plus Kitchen had everything we could need✅ I was not able to communicate with the host due to my phone settings but the surly message me and check up on us I just couldn’t respond. To will be booking this again 🙃🎉”
