"I had asked whether it was possible to have an early check-in because we were flying overnight and landing at 6 a.m., starting two days before our arrival. No one ever replied to my request. When we arrived in the morning, I asked again, explaining that I was suffering from severe back pain, but no one made any effort to accommodate us. We had to wait until 4 p.m. for the regular check-in, which was nothing short of shameful due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member named Tamara. They did not even inform us about the breakfast hours, or worse, that it was necessary to make a reservation to have breakfast. As a result, the following morning we went to breakfast and were not allowed to sit because we had not booked in advance. The breakfast itself was poor in both variety and quality, with excessively high prices. The floors in the room and bathroom were never cleaned during our three-day stay, nor was the shower tray. A very disappointing experience."

"cliente dal 2014..Hotel molto bello con camere molto grandi min 49mq . Palestra vista piscina e vista baia..whole food a pochi passi e dintorni silenziosi fuori dal caos che comunque puoi raggiungere in 4/5min di uber..peccato che non facciano manutenzione..i tappeti sono sporchi e basterebbe lavarli ogni tanto..le docce perdono tutte e i frigoriferi sono pieni di cose inutili e costose..le ante basse hanno cerniere da lubrificare e cigolano..se vuoi bere di notte devi svegliare tutti!..spero che recepiscano il messaggio perché l'hotel merita "
