“I would have given the house a 5-star review with the exception of two issues. The first issue was the temperature in the home - particularly the kids' rooms did not have ceiling fans and this made the rooms incredibly hot. There was a standing fan, but it did not make that much difference. The thermostat did not go under 70 but it was much hotter in those particular rooms. The second issue (it was not a huge issue for us because we were not in the house for long periods of time) were the TVs....

“This property is not well kept the pictures must be from 20 years ago. The pool had black/brown crud around the edges like baked on mold. The office is piled high and smells terrible as well as the damp stink coming from the air-conditioner in the unit. All of our stuff smells damp and musty and will need sanitized to remove the moldy oder. I would not recommend this property”

“This is a good place at a great price. The good: very clean, great bed, instant hot water, everything you really need, great staff, and VALUE! The less than good: It is dated. If I needed to find something to complain about: Baseboard and trim could use a repaint, but why complain? This is great value; floor plan is great. Two bedrooms and two baths at a price you can't beat. We were visiting the Kennedy Space Center with our 12-year-old granddaughter, and this gave us the privacy she needs...

“Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Es hat dem Inserat zu 100% entsprochen. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit um den Pool herum (wir haben Angelhaken gefunden) und der Wasserdruck in der oberen Etage war zu niedrig. Aber wie schön ist es, nach einem Tag in Magic Kingdom abends noch in den warmen Pool zu hüpfen? Herrlich. Und das Frozen-Zimmer war das Highlight für meine Tochter.”
