“Modern, ultra clean, huge 4 level (counting rooftop) living space on the coast between Miami and Palm Beach, about 30 minutes and 1 hr drive, respectively. The interior design is luxurious and the ocean views from the rooftop are lovely. The wind during our stay prevented us from enjoying dinner up top but this was not a problem as great restaraunts abound near the villa. Awesome oceanside walking/biking path is a 1 minute walk down the street. We will be delighted to visit again!”

“Well.. the house itself is very nice. However, we were walking around the house (inside) with socks on and our white socks were black. The floors were filthy.. When we went to cook, we discovered dirty pots and silverware as if someone used it and just put it back in the cabinets. Small ant like bugs were all over the place including the kitchen. Someone replaced dish soap with laundry detergent, so we had to wash our dishes with laundry detergent until we went out to the store, the lights in...

“This place is a lovely hidden gem. It is well appointed, clean, peaceful and welcoming. The outside patio is private and covered allowing breezes but not the hot sun. The parking was great with an electric outlet to charge our bikes. The hosts are responsive, friendly and accommodating. This place is close to shopping, I-95, beaches, downtown and parks. It is a great place to relax and unwind.”

“We had a great stay. Home was huge and it was spotless. In a great neighborhood. Will definitely stay again. ”

“This was definitely not what I expected. Pros: The location is close to all the action and close to the beach. No pests. Host did reply to messages promptly. Cons: picture did not match location, strong odor of tobacco smoke throughout the rental- the host offered to provide Ozone treatment to cleanse the air but never showed up, lack of cleanliness, size of the bathroom-very small, cleanliness of the bathroom, and uncomfortable beds. ”
