“Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears. Davanti e pieno di gente con valige che non sa come fare per recuperare i soldi. nemmeno si trova l entrata. Noi abbiamo perso il totale di 3 notti ma e impossoibile dormire in un motel del genere con il rispetto per il motel. Assistenza di expedia inesistente. State attenti. C è una bella cucina, lavatrice, asciugatrice, un bel terrazzo, una bella vista. Ma soprattutto pulito, tutto profumato.. se dovessi tornare a Miami, lo sceglierei di nuovo. Super consigliato. ”
