“We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us...

“Beautiful, classic resort. Check in confusing and resort fee, towel card thing confusing. I should of read this- 'top rated family resort'- so many many children- crowded. Better options for solo travelers. Pool staff and food service staff very friendly, good. Check out- again confusing- bill was wrong- overcharged. Didn't seem like it was any big deal to front office staff- big deal to me.”

“This resort has everything! Lots of things for families to do. The pool area is amazing with live music on the weekends. Food is delicious and easily accessible. It’s very clean and has beautiful old world charm. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and plan to keep going back. It’s nothing short of amazing.”

“Ho pernottato per una notte dopo un lungo volo in attesa della coincidenza con un altro volo il giorno seguente.E' stato facile individuare subito in aeroporto lo shuttle gratuito che in pochi minuti conduce all' Hotel. Il check in e' stato veloce,il personale e' stato cordiale.La struttura e' in ottime condizioni, la camera spaziosa con arredi moderni, super accessoriata, bagno nuovissimo con una grande doccia.Pulizia accurata.Buona la colazione con ottimo assortimento sia di dolce che salato.”
