Nice quite area, walk to a small local farmers market, and luxury shops just across the street. If you drive along Collins Ave few blocks south, you can find many restaurants, cvs, Starbucks, gas station and Publix supermarket.
The hotel interior is classy and very clean, lots towels in bathrooms, comfortable bed, great view, direct access to the beach, all staffs are friendly and very helpful, I arrived around 12:30 pm, they quickly find a room for me, so I didn’t need to wait till 3:00 pm check in time. When I called for tub drainage problem, they had one technician came up to fix it right away, great attitude and very professional. Overall experience is good except the following two unpleasant experiences.
One of the doorman was very rude when I asked if there any parking space for my friend who is coming to see me, the doorman just pointed out the sign on the wall “visitor parking....” and say “if you don’t want to pay for it, you can park on the roof”.🙄 very unprofessional！
Another person working at ocean side lounges, who simply took away Tony lounge and dumped my stuffs on sand when I returned from the pool, he told me” we close at 5:00 pm and I don’t know where you are, sorry “, I look at the time it’s 4:55pm and I see other people still siting on lounges right next to my stuff ( my clothes, food, bags all piled on sand), maybe I didn’t tip enough??? Not very nice.
