“They are very understaffed at this hotel. The line is out the door practically when you get to the one check in office they have for all of their hotels. The pools are very small with hardly any chairs available and people blast their music at all hours at the pools. Our room looked bigger and cleaner in the photos online and you hardly get anyone that speaks English on the property. Also they say they have parking but the spots are barely any parking spots and not in a lot basically on the side...

“Rooms are cleaned every three days and only if you ask for it. The villas are like old homes or hotel rooms that just have the basics no flair or luxury.”

“The place is OK, price, location and room combined. Do not expect nothing fancy, but definitely convenient. My check in was great because it was at 11:30 Pm; however, next day I needed front desk assistance and the line for check in was all the way outside, over an hour wait, so I left without assistance. For a long weekend, they lacked of personnel. Another thing to improve was the pool areas. Only few had umbrellas and the water was veeeery dirty, (all properties pools)”

“Hands down the worst trip experience ever. We were running late but managed to arrive for the 4pm check in time only to loose what was left of the day trying to do the check in. Finally around 8 o clock, we got the room with a key that didn’t function resulting in having to go back to the office. “The advertising doesn't reflect what they really gave us. We left the site 4 nights in advance. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one of the chairs needed immediate repair. The bathroom towels were very thin and old, and one of the large towels had some stains. This specific room is in need of urgent repairs and upgrade. No clothing hangers in the bathroom, just one for the towels. Breakfast was ok. Karen was very professional, but the general manager lacks a lot of customers relations...
