“This place has the look of a pretty nice upscale hotel but the management of it is very poor. The front staff were nice but we arrived and got a room- lugged everything to it and the beds were not made and food was on the counters. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to go back down and get a new room, lug everything to this new room. After putting all our stuff in it we noticed towels were dirty and the couches too. “i had some trouble and the staff really took time to help and make me comfortable. they helped quickly and assisted me when i needed it! Ray, the women at the front desk and another gentleman helped me with the garage. definitely recommend stay!”
