“The hotel knew we were arriving as three guests, but the sofa bed was not prepared. We had to get sheets from reception and make up the sofa bed ourselves because three people cannot sleep in one bed. Since there was no blanket for the sofa bed, we used the sheet we received as a cover. The next day, housekeeping took it away and did not leave a replacement, so we had to go to reception again.
