“It was a last minute booking and paid way too much for what we got ( my fault) Wish I would have known it was more of a family vibe. Lots of kids in the hot tub. Never had any towels out. Getting in and out of the elevators was CRAZY… checking in was awful, trying to get in that crowded parking lot to get your things to your room. Next time I want to go to Myrtle Beach it will be a much smaller place.”

“Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.”

“Very old and cheap-looking building. The staff use the same elevator as guests, so during checkout time I had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator with enough space for me and my luggage. The elevator area is completely open, so it was very hot. The AC in the room was too loud, which woke up my 2-year-old baby twice during the night. The balcony is dangerous for small children — the gaps in the railing are too wide, and a baby can easily fall through. The bathroom is very old, small, but clean....

“The room was as advertised in the pics online. The furniture is beat up, sofa was very uncomfortable and only 1 nightstand in the bedroom. There was a faint moldy smell in the unit for our whole stay. The pool area was small but nice with the exception of people bringing gigantic floats and inner tubes. The food and drinks at the restaurant by the pool were the highlight. When we walked around the property we did see a balcony that was completely rotted out/falling down which made me a bit...

“Very nice place. Loved the friendliness of the staff. Wish the restaurant/bar had longer hours. Only thing was our room didn’t come get cleaned or restocked we were there 2 nights 3 days. Usually I’ve seen at least the bed and trash getting taken care of. Which made it messy because people left their trash out by the hallway. But stay was comfortable.”

“The staff was nice. I did like how they tried to keep an eye on things by the pools as well. I did not like how one elevator was broke the whole time and there was no ventilation in the elevators. I also did not like how a lot of the machines in the arcade were broken and half of the arcade was extremely hot with only one fan running. The ac in our room worked but was having a hard time keeping up and half the room stayed hot. The coffee was expired and the coffee pot was really nasty. I...
