La pulizia era pessima, la lavastoviglie era veramente sporca non ho potuto usarla ho reclamato alla recepcion e mi hanno detto di reclamare al padrone dell'appartamento. “Mgm signature is great. However we were unaware that we rented our suite from a 3rd party, which meant no housekeeping unless we paid extra. We were there 5 days 4 nights and it was difficult to even get clean towels and toilet paper. Next time in vegas I will stay with MGM, but ill arrange my stay directly with them and not 3rd parties. ”

“Long lines at checkin and could not find our reservation because VRBO had outsourced the reservation to another company. While the room was nice, it was not like the pictures. It was described as a large suite but it was a regular room with two queen beds. There was no soap in the bathroom and no extra blankets. When we requested they said they would send to our room in 20 minutes, however at 12:30 AM, they hammered on the door, woke everyone up and handed us a small bar of soap. Even though...
