“We had a couple of issues. The safe didn't work and one bathroom faucet was leaking severely so we didn't use it. the coffee was disappointing too. We contacted the owner who responded quickly, however we realized we were communicating with AI and our issues were not resolved. The entire unit was clean but the inside glass with view of the sphere was covered with face smudges and hand prints. Location was convenient and the pools were very nice”
