“Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful.”

“The living areas were clean, comfortable and just nice. Had an issue with AC but that was handled promptly. Staff very courteous and efficent.Pool area clean and accommodating. You could walk to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area..”

“Rented a unit that is known for having a sugar ant issue, but we were never informed beforehand. As a result, our food was ruined after leaving it on the counter. The tub had dirt rings around it, there was mold around the bottom of the master bathtub, and the couch and chairs had multiple recent white fluid stains running down them, which was very unsanitary. There were only two TVs in the entire four-bedroom condo. Maintenance came out to spray for the ants, but it did not solve the issue at...
