The resort amenities was perfect for my kids, they loved the lazy river. The host was super helpful with a small issue I had and responded quickly to my questions. “Let me start with the positives - the unit was clean and the pool area was nice and fairly quiet. The owner was responsive to messages.However, there were a few things that led to three star rating. The property is not well maintained. The inner main doorknob falls off whenever you turn the handle, the refrigerator/freezer leaks and there’s a puddle on the floor every morning, and the closet door knobs were loose and the primary bedroom ceiling fan can only be on when the overhead light is on...

“The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. However, the pictures online of the pool area was very misleading. Pictures online showed a lazy river and a beautiful huge pool area. In all reality, there was a very small little pool to enjoy. It was still nice, but very misleading. Overall, we had a nice visit. Very close to the parks that we wanted to hit!”

“The home was in great condition. Because we were traveling with a toddler, I appreciated that they had a few toys and items for small children available. We loved the heated pool. The host communicated everything clearly and was quick to respond. Our only complaint was the quality of the beds. We all had trouble sleeping because the beds were so uncomfortable.”
