“Long flight full of delays, missing out on a day at the resort exhausted and looking forward to finally settle in. Outside the resort property was really nice, clear instructions how to access the property from the host. Once arrived 330 am and inspected the entire stay, extremely disappointed. “If you wanna go to SeaWorld, it is the best place to stay. It is right down the road from the park right down the road from Publix right down the road from basic restaurants, clean friendly, neighbors, beautiful setting beds are a little hard but everything else is perfect.”

“This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable.
